Allie Riley-Murphy, CDR is a DEI Professional & Talent Advocate with a passion for creating inclusive spaces of belonging. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Allie is a talent magnet with a proven track record for building up early-stage, forward-thinking teams in NYC tech. They are a queer nonbinary POC activist, NYC raised, fitness focused, artistically inclined, and a nerd for all things history. Allie is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Alloy, a company with a mission to help financial companies deploy safe and seamless digital customer experiences and create a more dynamic and accessible financial industry. At Alloy, Allie aligns individuals' strengths with their culture, goals, and values and advocates for tech individuals. Allie is a firm believer in the company's values of being bold, collaboration, getting scrappy, celebrating differences, and owning a secure environment. Prior to Alloy, Allie worked as a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiter at Hello Alfred, the leading national residential experience company, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people under 25. At both companies, Allie focused on building out new verticals and hard-to-fill roles across technology, UX, finance, people ops, training, data, and innovation, and ensured that the hiring process was inclusive and unbiased. Allie holds a BA in Economics/Media, Society & the Arts from Purchase College, SUNY, and attended Queens High School for Teaching, Liberal Arts & Sciences. Allie is committed to continuing their personal and professional growth and creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
